Overview:

The Administrative Assistant for Ascension Health's Symphony Program will often be called upon to manage a wide range of tasks, deadlines and schedules.  The position will assist in the support of the team of Vice Presidents and their team members, including consultants.  The person occupying this position will need to possess skills in communication, organization, networking, professionalism, etiquette and technology.

Responsibilities:

This position supports the Vice President level and below and is responsible for all administrative duties which includes, but are not limited to: Organizing and monitoring calendars using Microsoft OUTLOOK and PDA (scheduling of appointments, meetings, telephone calls and video conferences); Handling telephone inquiries and taking detailed messages; Scheduling of travel arrangements and accommodations (on-line and with in-house travel agent); Coordinating the appropriate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and workshops (in the office and off-site), and when applicable, preparing and coordinating meeting materials, presentations, and audio-visual requirements; Processing on a timely basis travel expense reports, timecards, check...
