Description:
Coordinates the planning for and completion of building construction and renovation projects. Assesses the scope of construction and renovation projects; determines whether they will be performed by in-house crews or by outside contractors. Manages a staff that performs the construction, maintenance repair and upkeep of the building, grounds, equipment and vehicles. Manages the security and safety program.
Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited university with a bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
