Sacred Heart Medical Group is currently looking for experienced Practice Operations Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals who share our dedication and commitment to improving the lives of our patients.
Responsible for the management of Sacred Heart Medical Group multi-specialty physician practice operations to include staffing, general office operations, registration / appointment scheduling, front office A/R processes, budget development and monitoring, and coordination of ancillary services activities. Provides education and training to physician office staff. Communicates, informs, and coordinates activities with physician. Responsible for multiple practice locations located over a multi-region, and physician groups, including both specialty and primary care, of ten or more physicians.
Qualifications:
Education:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in lieu of education requirement may be considered.
Experience:
3-5 years experience in physician practice operations to include general knowledge of billing, collections, and coding processes.
