Provides overall leadership, growth, marketing, administration and performance of all aspects related to First Coast Primary Care actiivities to ensure accomplishment of objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.  MHA, MBA or MS in Health Administration or Business Administration.  Professional development in health care mgmt.  Must have 7 yrs executive level exp, including 5 yrs. of experience in admin of major clinic.  Able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.  Must be skilled in analyzing situations accurately and taking effective action, as well as establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, policy-making bodies, third-party payers, patients and the public.  Able to organize work, making assignments and achieving goals and...
