Product Process Manager In partnership with General Manager, the Product Process Manager is responsible for all inventory, asset protection, merchandising, and media tasking. This role manages the overall look and feel of store, including facility maintenance. The Product Process Manager directly manages warehouse and asset protection specialists, providing offensive strategy for surrounding shrink, including both physical protection and accurate paperwork/systems tracking. This role coaches and inspires employees to proactively protect store assets and increase awareness surrounding the maintenance of a safe working and shopping environment. In collaboration with other store leadership, the Product Process Manager builds and sustains a culture where employees clearly understand what is expected to deliver business results. As part of the store leadership team, this role will provide basic management support to all employees and customers when acting as the Manager on Duty (MOD) or Sales Floor Leader.
