Blue Shield is seeking a Research Lead to join our User Experience Team.
The Blueshieldca.com User Experience team is a collaborative team responsible
for creating an easy-to-use online experience for our members, prospective
members, provider network, brokers, and employer groups. The team contributes to
a challenging online strategy providing experience design and planning based on
valuable customer insights.
The role
The User Experience Research Lead will collaborate closely with interaction
designers, graphic designers, editors, and product managers to design, conduct,
and analyze user research studies throughout the product life-cycle.
Develop site-wide qualitative and quantitative research plans. Work closely with
product managers and experience architects to identify gaps and opportunities.
