Designs, develops, and delivers programs for the training of personnel,
including development and modification of learning materials and documentation
specific to Provider Appeals and/or Claims Processing. Identifies training needs
based on work performance requirements. Measures learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for instruction of full courses and revision /modification of
training materials.
Assesses individual training needs and performance capability.
Develops instructional documentation.
Works under general supervision and able to function independently to produce
results that meet standards of quality, timeliness and acceptability.
Makes decisions on routine matters where established policies and procedures are
available.
May conduct audits and provide audit support


Education/Requirements:

Generally requires experience at senior or lead level in consumer operations.
2-4 years experience in training
