Customer Service / Enrollment Representative · Des Moines, IA
Randstad National Recruiting is currently searching for Customer Service/Enrollment
Representatives in the Des Moines, IA area. The duties for this position will included
answering inbound calls to assist customers with questions regarding enrollment, toggle
between screens in order to provide accurate information and update customer accounts as
needed. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and
punctual. Call center experience is required for this position. All candidates will need
to have a flexible schedule and be able to work any shift between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00
p.m.
Working hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Call Center Expereince
High School Diploma or equivalent
