The Senior Director, Online Marketing is the overall strategist for the RUs.com brand architecture and for building increased relevance with the consumer to drive customer engagement and revenue across the various RUs.com websites. This position encompasses all the on-line activity for Toys R Us websites and is responsible for managing a 22 person team, including 4 Directors.  The seven websites include; Toysrus.com, Babiesrus.com, fao.com, eToys.com and babyuniverse.com, toys.com. as well as the parenting resource website, ePregnancy.com.

This position is ultimately responsible for oversight, and stewardship of, the relationship Rus.com's multi-brand portfolio has with its customers and prospective customers.  This function will elevate brand awareness, drive relationship marketing with RUs.com customers and prospects, and ensure that the enterprise is positioned and executes effectively with a segmented multi-brand marketing strategy.  This position will be responsible for managing relationships with marketing support agencies, advertising agencies, internal PR support teams, and be accountable developing integrated, cross channel communications and promotions,...
