DUTIES: This position is responsible for health records assembly, maintenance, movement, storage, filing, data entry, as well as the release of health record information in accordance with established rules and regulations for clients of the Colorado Department of Corrections. Position serves as clinical administrative support to multi-disciplinary staff; orders office and medical supplies, orders health records forms; distributes and tracks medical grievances; arranges for repair of office equipment; sorts and distributes mail, assists in entering payroll; transcribes medical orders.
