Each new member of our team participates in eight weeks of management training classes done in on-site classrooms during the course of the normal workday. Course content revolves around development of personal skills, leadership attributes, business ethics, goal setting, training and motivating, problem solving and team management. REQUIREMENTS *All experience levels will be considered. *Ideal candidate must be able to work in a team oriented job environment sharing ideas and creativity, you become an integral part of a winning team. *Strong student mentality (trainable) *Must be 18 years of age or older. Qualifications usually stress requisite personal qualities over academic qualifications, although academic preparation would obviously enhance your candidacy and could include marketing, advertising, business management / administration, and communications degrees.
