DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Setting up pantry
•   Confers with chef daily on production and specials
•   Prepares food for service efficiently and to specifications
•   Prepping food for pantry (according to specified portions)
•   Working station during service
•   Keeping work area clean & organized
•   Breakdown of station at end of service
•   May assist in training of new personnel
•   Any additional tasks assigned by management
•   Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
