The Software Quality Analyst is a member of a team responsible for ensuring that the highest level
of quality software is delivered to our customers. This position is required to participate in the Software
Development Life Cycle from the early stages, working with Business Analysts and End-Users, through
development, ensuring product functionality and quality, to implementation/training and working with
Technical Writers. The Software Quality Analyst is responsible for software quality control, documentation,
testing, and user satisfaction by delivering technical support and training end users.
Successful candidates will have a degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science,
and a strong penchant for creative and analytical thinking. Effective communication skills and the ability to work
