The Hispanic Lending Group is a broker facing organization designed to serve brokers and emerging bankers located in target markets with a significant Hispanic population. Business Development Managers (BDM) will acquire, develop and maintain a select group of mortgage professionals. The BDM will be responsible for strengthening the relationship and selling IndyMac products and programs directly to mortgage brokers, bankers and small community financial institutions. The BDM will report directly to the VP of Sales. Sell IndyMac products and programs directly to mortgage professionals. Develop the seller and increase IndyMac’s share of the mortgage professional’s total business. Provide on-going training, support and assistance while determining proper products to be offered by seller. Determine which marketing activities yield the greatest return for acquiring new sellers. Requirements Strong bilingual (Spanish/English) oral and written communication skills. Three years knowledge and experience with wholesale mortgage loan origination, brokering and/or banking.
