1. Manage the daily operations of the Banking Center to ensure quality customer service and efficient workflow.
2. Work with the Regional President to develop and refine Banking Center objectives and assist in establishing strategies to achieve them.
3. Initiate and implement changes to accomplish the Banking Center objectives as developed with senior management.
4. Coordinate and administer the activities of the lending and operations functions of the Banking Center in conjunction with the respective departments of the Main Bank.
5. Assist with marketing efforts by calling on various businesses in the community.
6. Review documentation, interview, and approve or decline any type of loan request. Present loan packages to loan committee for approval, if necessary.
7. Analyze financial status of prospective customers as well as the feasibility of their loan requests on an ongoing basis.
8. Review override loan requests within banking center for approval or denial.
10. Entertain corporate decision makers to further business develop business.
11. Maintain portfolio quality by efficiently managing past dues, overdrafts, policy exceptions and documentation exceptions.
