Teller responsibilities include: * Fast-paced, high-volume, face-to-face customer contact * Processing customer financial transactions * Identifying and selling Washington Mutual products and services beneficial to the customers needs * Address customer questions and concerns and refer to appropriate internal resources for resolution * Establish and control customer files * Identify fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the bank * Stay updated on new products and services and maintain awareness of current fraud alerts Tellers work in a fast-paced, high-volume cash-handling environment with daily face-to-face customer contact.
