OSH is looking for store managers for the Orange County Area (Hollywood area). The Store Manager profitably manages the store through positively influencing sales and controlling expenses. He/she defines the standard of performance for his/her store, clearly communicates that expectation to all associates, and evaluates the execution of that performance. The Store Manager is responsible for managing the performance level of all salaried managers. He/she directly supervises, develops, and evaluates the First Assistant Manager, HR Manager, Merchandise Manager, and the Commercial Services Manager.
Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements College degree and/or equivalent work experience; 3-4 years management experience preferably in a multi-outline retail home improvement/hardware chain; Working knowledge of a PC, and POS systems; Financial literacy; Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening);
Multi-task oriented; Ability to relocate to stores within district/geographic area.
