The Technical Customer Support Analyst will provide technical and functional support of Army logistics information systems and databases. Individual will interact with customer and team members to help maintain and manage a worldwide distributed information system.

Specific Duties:

â?¢Duties include the writing and execution of scripts to facilitate input and output of data.
â?¢Server maintenance, data upkeep and validation.
â?¢Fielding questions from customer site and perform database related tasks to include developing reports, gathering statistics, and performing data analysis.
â?¢Performance tuning, database backup and recovery, maintenance of database replication and updates, analysis of the impact of updates.
â?¢Training users in operating army logistics information systems.

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years related work experience is required.

Additional Requirements:

â?¢ Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
