Program Manager · Norfolk, VA
The Program Manager will manage the Navy Reserves ID/IQ contract.
Specific Duties:
â?¢ Define staffing requirements for task orders released.
â?¢ Hire personnel to support contract.
â?¢ Interface with customers.
â?¢ Grow Stanley team business on the ID/IQ
â?¢ Develop proposals
â?¢ Track and report on contract progress and expenditures
Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years related work experience is required.
Additional Requirements:
â?¢ Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.
â?¢ Ability to travel up to 25% or less.
â?¢ Familiar with Navy Reserves organization and personnel.
â?¢ Understand the Navy Reserves mission and responsibilities.
â?¢ Understand Navy organization.
â?¢ Ability to manage contract and interface with customer.
â?¢ Ability to grow business on ID/IQ contract.
