Major Responsibilities:
Work on Customer Service Management, monitoring and solving production issues. Follow requirements while designing and developing computer codes. Debug and solve production tickets. Perform WLNP implementation, including Number Portability. Change network functionality from iDEN to CDMA. Operate and support the number and resource management system. Manage interface modules, including inventory control, Equifax and Lightbridge credit application, Payment Tech and Telecordia. Provide ongoing support to all batch jobs. Provide primary support to WLNP Network Portability. Fast track CR development for releases. Support Equifax, Lightbridge, inventory control, and MQ related problems. Work on the Applyback project, as well as the Nextel Partners project. Work on major releases for the UBP (Unified Billing Platform). Work on reseller number portability. Develop batch jobs for switch control. Handle NPA/NXX split for CDMA.
Requirements:
