My name is Marie E. Madera. I currently work at the Energy Affairs Administration of Puerto Rico as an Energy Conservation Educator. I have helped translate the agency's bulletin called El Energético (Energywise)from Spanish to English. I've also edited said bulletin and other documents in both languages.

My hobbies are reading, listening to music and singing, also writing and, sometimes, drawing.

I have a BA in Arts with a major in Modern Languages (French and Italian)from the University of Puerto Rico. I received my MA Degree in Arts with a major in Puerto Rican Studies (History, society, culture, literature, Etc.) from the Center of Advanced Studies of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

I'd like to teach Humanities and/or Social Studies. I'd also like to be an editor/translator for a publishing company.

My dream is to write a book and publish it. Another dream of mine is to record a New Age album.
