Brief Profile
I am Presently Working as Senior Product Development Engineer in Climate Systems India Ltd (CSIL),  it is a joint venture of  USA based Auto Parts MNC, Visteon Corporation Ltd & India OEM, Maruti Udyog Ltd ( India - Gurgaon, New delhi ).
Present responsibilities:-
•Complete Program Management from Product Quote till Program Launch stage ( for all technical aspects ) , Also Control the Change Management Process within the organization.
•Responsible for Designing & Development of New Products, modify or improve existing designs based on required performance parameters using latest product design technology.
•New Supplier Shortlisting & Interacting with existing suppliers to ensure on timely development of Bought out parts.
•Warranty analysis and problem solving.
•Visiting OEM’s for technical discussion for existing and new developments.
•Leading  Value engineering activities in existing & new developments ( Identifying & implementation of new VA/VE & localization proposals )
